Introduction	I am 60 years old. I recently retired from the Railroad industry after 39 1/2 years of dedicated service. I am enjoying retirement to the max. I have just spent 2 months at Flagler Beach FL and trying to figure out how to live here full time. I have a son in Ft Worth, an engineer with the railroad, and a daughter in Linn, MO, with 3 lovely grandchildren.
Interests	Hobbist...i like to make jewelry, recently discovered waterpainting, want to use my "old" new bernina sewing machines and try some quilts and dolls, want to volunteer at the humane society walking dogs, join a book club, learn to play card games, travel the USA, Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. I have 10, 000 days to accomplish all this.
Favorite Movies	It's a Wonderful Life, Gone with the Wind, American President, Dave, Chicago, Last Holiday.
Favorite Music	everything except rap and heavy metal. I can't understand the words on them. I especially like blue grass, and jazz.
Favorite Books	I love characters more than the story. I like Janet Evanovich...really i love Stephanie and here family. I like Jennifer Weiner because she writes characters that i would like to have for friends. I like Jonathan Kellerman and his Alex Delaware character. There are many more books that i love, but they are not coming to me right now. BTW my bookshelf if loaded with self help books LOL.
