Introduction	specialist after retired,an expert to UN(un developtment prog. ) during 1990 in the field of irrigation water manage ment, on farm , also working in the field of soil and water conservation, with US -operation mission. to thailand ( economic mission ) 14 yrs working with australian mission, with german mission for many years.now he retired, but still need to visit other countries. really he travel around this world by USIAD foundation. that before i borned..about 45 yrs ago..i learning about how he work as community developer in that time i am only 15 yrs old. he work in many fields ,full with many forieners that r the developers who devote for un develop inconvenionce parts of thailand. i know that time, the real professional developer must be great vision ,strong inspiral mind and high income ..from money that donate from many countries. not only budget in one government...not like now...
