| Interests | I've had an interests in politics shortly after I joined the Marine Corp in 1966. Raised in a conservative Catholic family I developed more progressive views after college. I graduated from the North Texas State University (now UNT) in Denton, Texas with a Sociology major and a Political Science minor. I remained in Denton, marrying a young nursing student from St. Louis in 1976 who was attending TWU. We raised our daughter and son here and are both now retired and enjoying our two grand-daughters I’ve been employed as a shipping/receiving clerk, loading UPS trucks, glazer, care provider at Denton State School and DCMHMR and new home warranty manager for a major builder. I write to organize my thoughts which are often focused on the social and political aspects of our lives. I share them here for all to read and invite your comments.
