| Introduction | I've been an avid distance runner since middle school. After college XC ended I took a break from competitive racing. I started racing triathlons as my 30th birthday present to myself. Tri's led to ultra-distance running. Ultra-distance trail running allows me to interact with the wild outdoors and explore my own personal limits of human potential. This blog is my ongoing narrative about that exploration. |
