About Me
After growing up playing baseball, soccer and basketball in Columbia, Maryland, I went through the Baseball Factory program during the summer after my junior year in high school. The Baseball Factory helped connect me with Coach Bob Babb at The Johns Hopkins University. I played three years with the JHU program before ending my playing career. I worked part-time with the Baseball Factory starting in 1997 as a high school student and continued working at the Factory each summer while in college. During my senior year at JHU, I took a full-time position with Baseball Factory as the Director of Marketing, starting January 1, 2002. I currently serve as the VP of Operations & Marketing at the Factory. Having seen the Factory grow from seven full-time employees and 1,000 players in 1997 to 30 full-time employees and 7,000 players in 2008, I am proud to continue the dream of helping players develop their skills and ultimately find a college program that is the right match athletically and academically. I am also happily married to my wife, Brittany and reside in Ellicott City, Maryland.
