My name is Marie Viljoen (fill-YOON), and I am the author of 66 Square Feet, which is the size our tiny Brooklyn terrace. I was born in Bloemfontein, came of age in Cape Town, and grew up in New York. I garden and cook in Brooklyn, where I live with a French husband and a Dominican cat.
