| Introduction | I was born in Utah, but a huge part of who I am today centers in my experiences while growing up outside of Utah. Our family moved many times, living in South America and Mexico for half of my childhood and teenage years. I attended BYU, graduated in Special Education and even better, I met Brian. He was born and raised in Idaho, and remarkably never moved from his childhood home until he left for BYU. (I was always told that those Idaho boys are the best workers and make the best husbands :) We were married in 1993. We've lived in Payson, Layton, Mesa Arizona, Lehi, Highland and now in Cedar Hills, Utah. We are blessed to be the parents of 9 children. We have an age range of 19 (almost) down to 18 months old. We are learning a lot as we go; we've had some real challenges to face together but, little by little, with even more help from above, it's happening.... I think we ARE raising righteous and happy children! |
| Interests | Um...interests? I have 10 of them; beginning with my husband Brian, and then 9 other beautiful interests. But I also love having a big, thick book to read, I love baking and eating goodies and stopping in for a secret treat at the bakery, I really enjoy exercising-mostly when it's over, canning salsa, applesauce, pears, pickles (yep, it's true), I love finding ways to save money, taking a good nap has to be near the top of the list, and although I could name a lot more, my interests and life really revolve around my family and the gospel. |
