| 紹介 | I have the willingness and desire to push myself further than before and take my participation in the sport of triathlon from mediocre to podium (in my age group). I have been actively entering triathlons for the past 3 years and have thoroughly enjoyed myself. I have steadily seen my times get faster and my places higher. But, I have lacked the discipline and gear to take it to the next level. It is my goal to push myself this year and see if I will move from active enthusiast to contender. This blog is to bring my readers along with me. I hope I will be able to share (at least three times a week) my training and experiences all while being a devoted family man. I have the support of my wife and my two-year-old son, now it’s up to me to take it to the next level. Thanks for joining me. |
