| Introduction | Francine Stock is an artist, curator and historian. In 2006 she was awarded a grant from the Graham Foundation for Advanced Studies in the Fine Arts to create the New Orleans Virtual Archive. http://nova.tulane.edu The NOVA incorporates original images from the slide library at Tulane School of Architecture with images of the city post-Katrina and plans for renewal. |
