| Introduction | I am an active above knee amputee for over 40 years now. Presently I sit on 5 boards in a variety of capacities. Four of these are volunteer non-profit groups, so this keeps me quite busy. In 1976 I began skiing (3-track) and racing! It a was great time in my life, travelling, making new friends, etc. Since then I have been quite involved with amputee organizations on the local, provincial and national level. It has been very rewarding! |
