| Introduction | I have a PhD in molecular biology and worked in research for about 15 years before switching to a related field. But working on my house is what I love to do the most, and I am getting pretty handy at it. Now that I live in an apartment, I am rechanneling my renovationistic efforts into roof-top gardening, interior design, and getting everything as organized and efficiently compact as I can get it within our aliquot of 1500 sq ft inside, plus 500 sq ft of terrace. I now enjoy the luxury of working from home, so I need to make it a pleasant place to spend the majority of my time each day. |
