| Introduction | With an eye for art and great passion for retro and Danish Mid – Century Modern Décor, I have started a collection of amazing pieces some time ago. These are pieces that cannot be found in a furniture store; they are unique, very hard to find even in the antiques stores. All pieces are in excellent condition, considering they were made in the 60’s and 70’s. All have the original finish, vintage patina (unless is specified otherwise in the description) which, in my opinion, gives character to the piece. I like to think of the 60’s and the 70’s, the Mid –Century Modern Era, as the Golden Era in furniture, and I like to compare it to the 80’s Era in music. In my opinion, Danish Mid Century furniture is the best of all times. Danish designers like Eames, Hans Wegner, Kai Kristiansen, Peter Hvidt, just to name couple of these visionaries well ahead of their time, created in the 60’s timeless pieces that today would fit any modern, contemporary interior. This furniture is not only the conversation piece in your living room bringing you lots of compliments from your guests but also an investment - buy it, use it, love it and sell it later for more.
