| Introduction | I am a 30-year-old band and choir teacher and the father of one son. I live in Billings, Montana and teach in a small community just outside of town. I created this blog to document my fitness journey. I hope to lose between 30 and 40 pounds and finally be in good shape. Losing weight will allow me to continue to enjoy some of my favorite activities, namely fishing, hiking, biking, rock climbing, and keeping up with a toddler. |
