Introduction I've always had an interest in food, whether it is eating, cooking or baking. My father, a long time chef of Taiwanese Cuisine, taught me the ways of a home kitchen when I was young. Imagine a short Asian girl with a whisk and attitude! I was lean and mean boiling hotdogs, making ramen, and working my way up to three-course meals and fried rice. Since I've spent a part of my childhood in Vienna, Austria, I was blessed with the opportunity to taste European-style desserts. From there, my obsession with food started to really expand. As I grew, I realized what I truly wanted to do was to go to Culinary school. At school, I surrounded myself with new teachers, new food guidance, and a new food community. Before I knew it, I am now graduated with a new skill set and my trusty whisk, ready to bake! Each food project you see on my blog is not what you normally expect at your local bakery. It is made with the finest recipe: hours of attention to detail and a heaping Tbsp of love! I work hard on each project and love all challenges!
