| Introduction | I live in Oakland with my boyfriend, Tom. In addition to writing songs and playing in an all-woman band called Blame Sally, I compose music for documentaries and corporate films with BZ Lewis. We have a little business called PopTuna and we've composed the credit reel that runs before all the films at the SF International Film Festival for the last 6 years. I am in an amazing book group that's been together for 15 years which also has several splinter groups, including the all-girl "walkie-talkies". I was born in Salt Lake City Utah but never succombed to the local faith. My mother is from Spain, my father taught me to play piano. I have a sister and brother-in-law who live in Spain, a brother who lives in Utah and another sister-in-law and brother - he teaches anthropology at the University of Seattle. I have two fantastic nieces and beautiful friends. My cat's name is Rosie. |
