| Introduction | This site is not about me, but about Dr John Whitman Ray, and his healing modality - Body Electronics. I first encountered Body Electronics in the early 90s, and although I have had little to do with point holding, I have learnt a lot from his explanations of nutrition, emotions, and spirituality, and this knowledge and understanding has stayed with me to this day. I have put this blog together, as well as a YouTube channel, in an effort to help keep the pioneering work of Dr Ray alive, and give the people who desire to learn an opportunity to do so, by helping them to find his material, and by pointing them in the direction of where else to look.
