Introduction I am no Buddhist scholar, rather I am a student of Buddhism with a weakness for tea and cookies. Everything I have learned and will discover has come from the great minds before me. I am very grateful to have received countless teachings from people far more dedicated to the path than I including; H. H. the Dalai Lama, Ven Thubten Chodron, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Geshe Sopa, Khensur Rinpoche Geshe Wangdak, Geshe Doga, Yangsi Rinpoche, Ven Robina Courtin, Dr. Geoffrey Hopkins, and many more. In addition to oral teachings I've had access to an amazing number of books. I am particularly grateful to Thich Nhat Hanh whose writings on mindfulness and meditation led me to the practices and to Ven Thubten Chodron who has been my primary spiritual teacher since 1999. I was born in New York, grew in Seattle and now live in Melbourne, Australia with my partner and our son.

I'd stop production and use the facility to research affordable, enviro-friendly alternatives to petrol products
