| Introduction | I'm Matt, and I am currently studying Public Relations & Marketing at Niagara College, which this blog is actually an assignment for. Every once in a while, I eat food other than pizza and burgers. When this happens, I don't mind venturing into the kitchen and whipping something delicious up. I will post pictures of meals I make and describe the process. I don't use recipes, I have no formal cooking training, a poorly equipped kitchen, and an even poorer grocery budget.
