Introduction	I'm an old-fashioned girl at heart, who over several years was ultimately convicted to simplify my life and focus on the things that matter most. And so, thanks to my heaven-sent husband of almost 14 years now, my "Love" , I left my career behind in 2009 to take on the most important job I could ever have... to be a SAHM to our daughter who was born to “shimmer” 11 years ago and our son, who was born to “shine” 8-1/2 years ago. I am truly blessed. Since becoming a mom, I've grown to love photography and fussing over birthday parties for my children. I aspire to knit and sew, and wish I read more. Though it’s hard to find the time for these right now, I'll never be too old to learn a timeless craft or enjoy the simple pleasures of life… I have a love for vintage, timeless designs… whether they are found in architecture, home interiors, fabrics, stationery, children’s books or toys. My soul longs for a simpler time and pure values. “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Romans 12:2
