Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
Take apple in left hand. Take knife in right hand, Insert knife, on an angle, just under the skin of the stem end. Rotate apple so your knife slices off the skin without taking a lot of apple. Very slowly rotate apple until you get to the blossom end. Voila, a spiral peel and a peeled apple.
