I am Historian for the Pennsylvania State Chess Federation, and winner of Chess Journalists of America awards for Best Historical Article and Best Web-published Book Review. My work has been published at The Campbell Report, Chess Cafe, and Chessville, and in Chess Life, Quarterly for Chess History, Georgia Chess, Illinois Chess Bulletin, Iowa Chess News En Passant, Chess IN Indiana, Texas Knights, and other magazines. I was editor of The Pennswoodpusher, and associate editor of Correspondence Chess News. I'm also a first time bike rider working on being a serious cyclist.
