Introduction	I am happily married to my high school sweetheart. We have a lab-great dane dog, who loves to cuddle. I was a college swimmer and once I "retired" from my career of swimming in 2006 I haven't traveled too far from the sport. I coach a year round kids club team. I swim for masters - with my mom and brother! But I have enjoyed the freedom to pick up other sports - like cycling and running (and of course a few others). I believe that God has given me a strong body and passion to handle, endure, and enjoy endurance events and I will try to glorify him with this gift. Each year I like to have some sort of "athletic endeavor/goal" - 2010 it is an IRONMAN! Thats been a big thing on my bucketlist to do before having kids and so I deemed it worthy of receiving its own blog! Here ya go...a good, boring, specific training blog. :)
