| Introduction | Food, films, books and writing…the four point agenda of my life. A foodie at heart, bong by birth, and a media professional by choice. Food has been a passion ever since childhood. Born in a bengali household in kolkata matters related to the taste buds were always held at very high interest. The myriad colors, flavors and textures in my mom's kitchen fascinated me ever since i could remember. Over the years there are few things that I have realized about my cooking. 1. I am a slow cook 2. I am super messy in the kitchen 3. I dnt enjoy cooking food which does not challenge me. 4. I can never follow a recipe to the T. I cook because I love food and i strongly believe that there would b very lil left to life if you take away the four lettered word. This blog is just an attempt to bring forth 2 of my passions food and writing. |
