| Introduction | The more I see and experience around the world, the more I see how critical it is that we understand trust, the crisis a lack of it causes, the damage its betrayal causes, and the danger of placing it in the wrong hands. We have very little understanding of what trust is and how it works. That's my mission - to shine the light on both the power and fragility of trust, what happens when you harness it in your life, your relationships, your business, your community, your faith; and what happens when you ignore it, or fail to acknowledge, nurture and actively build it.
