| Introduction | Art Center Morro Bay is the home of the Morro Bay Art Association and functions as a gallery for exhibits and sales of member art. The Association was founded in 1951 and has been active in the community producing quality art shows and providing art education for the public. Morro Bay Art Association puts on the popular Art In The Park three times a year, on Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends. Art In The Park raises funds for scholarships that are awarded to area high school and college students yearly. Membership in the Morro Bay Art Association is open to anyone with an interest in art and information can be obtained at www.artcentermorrobay.com. |
