Introduction My job description is, I sell houses. But that's just a front. What I really do is help people achieve their goals. I help people price their house right. I help couples begin in the best home they can comfortably manage. I help families get from their first house to a home with the room they need. I help my clients define what they want and get it. I negotiate for my clients in their best interest, after I've taken the time to know what their interests really are. I know my market. I've been previewing houses before you decided to start looking. I talk to people. I stay a step ahead of the MLS. I'm up on things. I love to see you benefit from what I just found out. I know why you want to sell your house yourself. And I know why it's not working. I've been there. I know what it will take to sell your house. It takes experience, breadth of knowledge, current data, tact, ambition, and the nerve to speak up and close a deal when it's on the edge of a cliff. I work the way I do mostly because I care about people. I get to know their situations and I sympathize. But I'll let you in on a not-so-secret. I also work the way I do because I'm competitive. I'm competitive as hell.
