| Introduction | I currently eat, cook and live in Seattle with my hubby Mr.Lee, and 3 cats. I came to blog about food in Chinese (here, if you're interested: blog.yam.com/kitty_bistro 5 yrs ago out of boredom really. At the time I was just starting to cook/bake, and was reading a lot on food and experimented on what I read. Little did I dream that readers would find my blog & food worth reading and that I'd receive so many kind comments and compliments. Three yrs into blogging, my 1st cookbook was published and is currently still selling well in the Chinese speaking world out of the little publicity I got through my blog. Now my English speaking friends/readers who are not longer satisfied with looking at the photos and relying on Google Translator to guess what I write on my Chinese blog, urge me to start writing in English. So here I am. As of now, I'm not sure that I'll translate all the older postings from my Chinese blog, nor am I certain that I'll post identical articles in two languages, but I thought I would at least start writing something, or anything, in English. |
