Introduction	Hello! Welcome to my blog. My name is Marie Rose and I live on an acreage outside of Edmonton with my boyfriend. We have eight animals roaming our property. Our dog, Sadie, is a year old. Our two snakes, Maleficent and Merlin, are two and five. Our five crazy cats. [Dash (4.67), Cleo (3), Coconut (1.75), Waldo (1.75), and Snotty (0.75)] I've lived in Edmonton my whole life but only recently did we move out to the country to lead a simpler, yet far more exciting, life. I love the pinup girl style for all eras, especially the 1940s and the 1950s. Here I write about my life on the acreage and the things that interest me: dressing up, clothes (especially of the burlesque/pinup variety), makeup, shoes, food, books, movies, going out, staying in, taking photographs of random objects, going for motorcycle rides (weather permitting), yoga, organizing/cleaning, baking, cooking, drinking tea curled under a blanket, animals, and most importantly soap/bath products.
