I'm the Pastor at Community Reformed Church in Newton, Iowa. Though most church members want the pastor to be an authority on the Bible and in some ways we are, scripture really comes alive when God speaks to us through it. That's where things like this blog and Bible studies and conversations we have with people about spiritual things comes in. Often times we can hear God speak better when we listen together and when we listen to each other. So, I invite you to do that with our scripture for this coming week and to comment with your own thoughts, questions and experiences.
