| Introduction | I am a rebellious teenager masquerading as a pensioner, not an easy mix. I have trained with many taiji, qigong, kungfu, Buddhist and Taoist teachers picking up information and pointers along the way. I am interested in all things Oriental, especially the traditional cultures. My current teachers are Damo and Paul Mitchell who, in attempting to teach me about taiji, neigong and Taoism, have taught me much about life and living. My thanks to them and all my friends who are so patient with my eccentricities. |
