Hitendra Kumar Gupta is a senior journalist, having more than two decades of experience including TV, Web and Print media. He has worked in various capacities with esteemed media houses. Hailing from the heart of Mithila, Mr. Gupta is a versatile & skilled professional. His proactive and astute nature, fierce and creative writing has brought him rewards and laurels at National and International Forums. He started his career as a freelance journalist in 1988. He has worked with various media groups including Ugna Times, Tirhutwani, Creative news & Views International, Young Media, Deogiri Samachar, Tarun Bharat Group Till date he has worked leading news brands Star News & NDTV, apart from Sahara TV, known for largest news network in India. He joined NDTV in Oct.1995 After spending about eight years in NDTV Mr. Gupta moved towards a newly launched news channel Sahara Samay National in 2003 . As a Senior News Producer, he is contributing to the cause of journalism through the National and Regional News Channels of Sahara India Television News Network. On academic front, alumni of Indian Institute of Mass Communication, he possesses MMC from Hissar University.
