About Me

I'm a wife of 38 years, mother of 2, grandmother of 1, freelance writer/author, and women's conference speaker. I've authored 49 books; one of the latest is Women of the Bible: the Smart Guide to the Bible (Thomas Nelson). I've spoken in 30 states and 7 foreign countries. I love to inspire Christian women to live out their spiritual inheritance in Christ, and challenge those who don't know Jesus personally to consider His love for them. My husband, Larry, and I are the caregivers for his 92 year old mother, Audrey, who has Lewy Body Dementia, a kind of dementia that has paranoia, delusions and hallucinations. She also has slight Parkinson's Disease. Audrey began living with us in June, 2007.
