Introduction I am actively involved with the Philippine American Writers and Artists, Inc. I keep up with the current educational trends through the World Council for Curriculum and Instruction (WCCI) international conferences held biennially in different parts of the world. Last July 2010 it was held in Pecs, Hungary. The next one (2012) will be held in Kaoshung, Taiwan. I LOVE to do seascapes and landscapes in oil and acrylics. I studied at the Accademia Italiana di Bellas Artis in Florence. I am part of the organizing committee of the Filipino Book Festival to be held October 1 and 2, 2011. What reason do you have to believe the earth is flat?

Because I'm right now in Florence, and in the early middle ages, 8th-11th century, that was the current belief, and if you think otherwise and that the earth is not the center of the universe, like Galilei Galileo (whose museum is right here ) you will be imprisoned.
