About Me
With a background in the not for profit sector and a successful coaching career as a career development strategist, I have now combined my passions for coaching and walking by starting Walkers' Coach which puts health and fun on your agenda while improving your life. Have you thought just how much the state of your health impacts on all aspects of your life? I speak, write and run workshops on my areas of expertise. I introduce people of all ages to walking and watch them grow more confident, creative, skilled at networking, become less stressed, fitter and more toned through using this wonderful form of activity. I can truly say that I have found a way of honouring all my interests under one umbrella. I love working with people and making a difference in their lives. I feel truly priviledged to be allowed share so much with others and seeing them realise what power they have to shape their future is fantastic. I love my life and the freedom it gives me. I am married to Alan and we have a beautiful daughter who is fun to be with, caring and loves to explore and discover.
