Introduction	I love music, poetry, art, laughter, a good story. . . and to spend time in the gardens as much as possible (even in the winter). I share my life with a wonderful man who is my very best friend. Mother to two grown up guys, both married. Recently welcomed a precious little grand daughter who is the light of my life.

Favorite Movies	Wings of Desire, Random Harvest, Inception, Excalibur, Crouching Tiger/Hidden Dragon, My Favorite Year, Citizen Kane, Pan's Labyrinth, almost anything early (silent era - 60's) or historical especially if it is filled with lush scenery and costumes. My favorite actors are mostly from the "Golden Era": Bette Davis, Claude Raines, Laurence Olivier, Elizabeth Taylor, Burt Lancaster
Favorite Music	Classical, particularly from the Baroque era, Opera, Jazz, Blues, Rock and Roll. Favorite musicians include: Leonard Cohen, Joshua Bell, Gil Shaham, Shankar, Vas, Dead Can Dance, Apollo's Fire, The Cleveland Orchestra, Angele Dubeau/La Pieta, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Mark O'Connor
Favorite Books	I love to read just about anything, and if it's really good, I'll read it again and again.Anything by Charles Dickens, William Shakespeare or Jane Austen. I've probably read all of their works multiple times. Also, Tolkein, C.S. Lewis. .. Poetry: W.H. Auden, Walt Whitman.
