The author of this blog is a mother, musician, activist,videographer, artist, craftsperson, peacemaker, writer, community organizer and cultural practitioner from Kane'ohe, O'ahu. She has a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Hawai'i, ten years of native medicine study, and lots and lots of practice at managing her own ADD in crazy situations, with lots of stories to tell.
