| Introduction | Brian is a partner at FTM Arts Law, with offices in both Virginia and New York City. His practice concentrates on representing and counseling clients in the fields of entertainment and the performing arts, including intellectual property, arts and artist management, contracts, business formation and practices, and the immigration needs of foreign artists and performers. In addition to being the Legal Advisor to NAPAMA and the U.S. Legal Advisor to IAMA, Mr. Goldstein regularly teaches workshops and seminars for artists, managers and presenters, is a frequent speaker at national and regional arts conferences, serves as an adjunct professor of arts management, and serves on a number of boards and committees of national, state, and regional arts organizations.
