| Introduction | I am "mommy" to Meghan, a daughter, sister and a friend. I started this blog as a way to occupy myself after my girl went to college. If you're curious about L.A.M., it simply means "Life After Meghan". Since she started college in the fall of 2008 I one day joked that I needed a life now and a "L.A.M. Plan" came from that and I started blogging. I've just bought a house - my first one all by myself - and can't wait to start on some DIY projects - big and small. I hope to share them here on my blog with y'all. I've ALSO started a new Etsy shop - I know - when I asked for "a life" I really went out there and found one!! My shop is called Xpres Urself and it is all about "xpressing urself" with vinyl and wood and creative sayings - go check that out once you're through visiting me here!! |

| Favorite Movies | Don't really watch that many movies - although I have just discovered Netflix and am loving that, thank you very much!! I do prefer to read though - nothin' better than a good book! |
| Favorite Music | All types - current top 40, country, rock-n-roll, blues, jazz, you name and I'll probably listen to it!! I have to admit, I'm not crazy about rap though. |
| Favorite Books | I love to read Nora Roberts, Susan Elizabeth Phillips and Judith McNaught - all the great romance novelists - over and over and over again!! |
