Introduction | I was born and raised in Florida, and still live there in my dreams. I love the sunshine, and the ocean, and all the colors of a hot summer day. Kentucky has its own beauty, and I've learned that winter doesn't just go away after a week or two, and people do survive without seeing the sun for a month - although the words dreary, bleak, and "let's move" are thrown about a lot in our house. I'm new to oil painting, although I've drawn and colored and crafted and created for as long as I can remember. Soon I will have a studio (of sorts) set up in the room over the garage - and then, no more excuses! I hope to eventually be able to part with some of my paintings. I'll let you all know when that happens. |
