About me

Gender Female
Introduction I'm a Christian girl, with her masters in psychology, who is trying to make a difference and grow closer to God. In fits of confusion or enlightenment I tend to blog about life. Also, poetry! (Check out Jazz and Coffee Day, people seem to like that one)
Interests pleasing God, sparkly things, wolves, the outdoors, freedom, little children, animals, writing about my interests, family, friends, love, chocolate, bubble baths, photos, flying, talking, decorating, horseback riding, construction/destruction work, dance (in the rain occasionally), read, take trips to new places, sing, meet people, drink tea/coffee, learn, be right(see, I'm somewhat honest), smile, volunteer, take walks (in the woods if possible), make food (especially deserts and appetizers), laugh, be with other people, watch Dr. Who!, write poetry and fiction, people watch, play D&D, do the occasional extreme thing, attempt new things (I will try almost anything once), make other people laugh or smile, be outside, problem solve, tease, swim, be with animals, lay on my driveway and look at stars, watch movies/cooking shows, listen to music, watch storms, and think
Favorite Movies More than I can count, but in general I like adventure, drama, cartoons, some anime, and whimsically dark movies. Here are some examples if you are really interested: Secondhand Lions, Lion King, Van Hellsing, Coreline, Howls Moving Castle, Bella, Beauty and the Beast, August Rush, Blood and Chocolate, Schindler's List, Batman, The Holiday, Australia, Braveheart, LOTR, Hellboy, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Big Fish, The Phantom of the Opera
Favorite Music passionate, open, lonely, earthy, Oh and movie scores
Favorite Books If a book has the strength to bear me up and take me on a journey. If it takes me through both the pain and passion of the characters. If I struggle to understand difficult things. If it teaches me of fear, love, courage, pain, and hope. If I reap the reward of knowledge or understanding through the journey and end a little different than when I began, it was a fantastic story.

You've successfully slain the dragon! How will you toast your marshmallows?

That's a good question. I will propose a toast to them at the nearest pub, for they were brave in battle and deserve a good drink. I will toast to all the fallen marshmallows as well. Whiskey for my marshmallows, beer for my horses
