| Introduction | ZBOOK began as an art journal between Jennifer and Ceci in 1996, while at UC Santa Barbara, to collect their co-creative ideas and dreams. It took on a life of its own as they both would freely add their drawings, inspirations, found objects, and more- exchanging ZBOOK to and from where ever they were in the world. Journal, art, poetry, story, document, oracle- ZBOOK maps 14 years of opulent creativity, abounding collaboration, and cherished play. It is a story of transformation, from the pages themselves to the girls, now women. An extraordinary friendship. A remarkable collaboration. A divine cultivation of Trust. |
