I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and have co-founded several online businesses, including a news website dedicated to precious metals and a 7000-title bookstore. I also write a monthly precious metals opinion column that appears on several economics-related websites and a weblog for the Lawrence (Kansas) Journal-World. I'm a member of the Doc Rocket group of writers and editors and formerly reviewed books for Book-of-the-Month Club. I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in American History.
