| Introduction | Radha Krishna Kumar, M.A., LL.B., born on o1/01/1958 in a village of district Gopalganj,Bihar. Schooling in Rampur Atauli school and then moved to Patna and Delhi University for higher education. Worked for short duration as the Sub-editor and correspondent of Aaj Hindi daily,Varanasi.Several time participated in Radio and television programmes as anchor or expert. Previously practised in Patna high court on the civil, criminal & writ side. An Advocate in the Supreme Court of India. A columnist & human right activist.
