| Introduction | I moved here from Anaheim (the rat race) 7 years ago and bought a great little house in Sun City. Our family & friends thought we were crazy, but I guess when I tell them that we have tripled the value in our home in less than 7 years they are thinking twice about who is crazy! I am happily married for 14 years to my soul mate, Dave. I have two wonderful children who are the light of my life! We love animals, 2 dogs, bird, lizard, two turtles, and currently are completing a fabulous KOI pond in our backyard. If you can call it that, it is more like a swimming pool for fish it is so big! For fun we go to the movies, my son’s baseball games, the river (we love water) and I am a stained glass artist. I have a sort of odd passion for glass whether I am cutting it or melting it! It is simply beautiful! I have been building homes since 1995 for misc. home builders in the past and now selling them, and enjoying the fast paced, ever changing Real Estate industry! I love helping people achieve the out of the ordinary for their families, and sometimes buying or selling a home takes extraordinary talent and persistence! |
