About Me
I’m Ian, a 32 year-old widower, and parent, to a four-year-old living up to his name. My wife died suddenly from heart problems in August 2005, when Max was just a baby. Since then we have been carving a new life, including building a new home, and me forging a new career. By day I am a freelance writer, blogger, copywriter. At any other time, I'm trying to be a superhero dad, albeit hindered by dodgy knees. Enjoy my blog.
