Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I'm not much of a scarf wearer. It does look very fashionable on some people. I've just never thought about wearing one until just now. Maybe I'll get one and see....or I'll forget about it. I'll probably forget.
