| Introduction | Hi! I'm Natalie and have been a health foodie since a child. I'd like to share the knowledge I have acquired over the years with you because I am passionate about healthy living, and creating a world in which fast food and trans fats are a thing of the past! While I may not be a doctor (yet ;) ) or a world renowned chef, I have a full scope on healthy eating and overall well-being. Throughout my 12 years as a model and a participant in America's Next Top Model Cycle 12, I have discovered a way to stay thin, lean, healthy, and full of energy. I have also participated in my first state beauty pageant (first pageant ever that is) and won the title Miss California USA 2012. I had the amazing opportunity to compete in Miss USA in LV on June 3rd. I am also currently a senior at the UC Irvine, as a Bio Sci major, and aspire to attend medical school in 2014.
