About Me
“Kopiaste” is the word we use to invite people we want to share our food with or when we open our house to friends and invite them to come and make themselves at home. So in my way I am inviting you in my kitchen to share with you all my recipes and all my “little” secrets. I was born in Limassol, Cyprus but now I am living in Athens. I am married and have three children, two sons and a daughter. I worked in an airline, then I owned a bookshop and now I am working with Tupperware. Cooking is like a hobby to me. When I’m in the kitchen it is very relaxing and very rewarding especially when I create new things and see my family and friends pleased with what I have created. I am also an amateur painter, taking classes twice a week and my other passion is reading, although I don’t seem to find much time to read lately. I also love photography and hope to learn more about this as well and eventually buy a more professional camera with a macro lens.
