Please subscribe to my blog by signing up below. I have a great wife and two awesome kids. I started Next Step Magazine in 1995 in Rochester, NY with a circulation of 10,000 in 53 high schools. We now have 900,000 readers in more than 20,500 high schools and I have 14 awesome employees. I am thinking of starting my own political party because I think most members from both parties have their priorities messed up. I love Lee Iacocca's book "Where have all the Leaders gone?" I also love the I lessons learned from the web site "The Story of Stuff" at www.storyofstuff.com. I love ethnic food, fine red wine, reading, writing and working out. I also love to see my employees grow as people by rising to challenges that business and life presents them.
