About Me
I am fond of life, adventure, people and places. My family and friends are the most important thing to me. In 1986 I paragliding and started a school teaching paragliding and outdoor pursuits, based in Keswick, Cumbria. I became a test pilot and competed internationally from 1989 to 1999. My highest ranking was 3rd in the world in 1995. I made three films “Security in flight”, “Speed to fly” and “Performance flying”, which use great aerial footage, slow motion and graphics to teach pilots everything from safety in flight techniques to cross country and Acro flying. Now, in 2008 I am still based in Keswick teaching paragliding from beginner to advanced levels, which involves guiding in wonderful locations around the world like Brazil, Africa, Turkey and the Alpes. I also run kid’s adventure camps which provide outdoor training in Borrowdale, the most beautiful part of England.
